We’re thrilled that Capella has been helping launch Neos, the UK’s first-ever connected home insurance service. Neos combines smart technology, home safety including 24/7 monitoring and premium insurance in a new way to protect your home and everyone in it.
The insurtech start-up is soft launched and becomes widely available in early 2017. Investors include former Ageas CEO Barry Smith, former RSA managing director Steve Broughton and ingenie founder Richard King, as well as former England captain and broadcaster, Gary Lineker. Neos has already partnered with one of the UK’s most prestigious insurers, Hiscox.
Capella’s brief is to raise awareness of Neos’ new approach to home insurance: one that protects, rather than just paying out. The PR campaign will focus on industry and business media, before switching to customer acquisition with a series of consumer stories.
